When you're going through something, whether it's a wonderful thing like having a child or a sad thing like losing somebody, you often feel like 'Oh my God, I'm so overwhelmed; I'm dealing with this huge thing on my own.' In fact, poetry's a nice reminder that, no, everybody goes through it. These are universal experiences.

I am a strong believer in the concept of Universal truths. We can see these truths in nature, in the words of famous poets and in the words of our own ancestors. Some people call it the Bible, others call it the Quran, others call it the Kama Sutra. But I call it the Universal Truths. There is no do... ubt in the fact that we all have gone through the same experiences, whether they are good or bad. Whether they are happy or sad, they all have something in common. Life is not a simple thing, but we can take comfort in the fact that we are not alone. There are many other people who are facing similar situations and we can find strength in the fact that they have gone through it before us. If we were to write down all the universal truths that we have learnt through life, we would have a large book. But instead, we can take comfort in the fact that we have the internet. We can share our experiences and feelings with others. We can see that we are not alone and there are many other people who are facing the same problems as us. This will help us to find strength in life.
