
One of the most important things about any organization is its culture. A culture of tolerance and integrity is what sets apart the companies that are successful from the ones that fail. For the last couple of years, I have been thinking about this. And I came to the conclusion that the number one r... eason that companies succeed or fail is because of the culture that they have in place. We often hear of how companies give out bonuses to their employees but it's what they do with those bonuses that really counts. A company that takes their bonuses and uses them to help the community in which they work in is the one that will succeed. They have demonstrated a great sense of empathy. We've got to create a culture where everyone has the ability to give something back.
