As a woman leader, I thought I brought a different kind of leadership. I was interested in women's issues, in bringing down the population growth rate... as a woman, I entered politics with an additional dimension - that of a mother.

If you are a woman and you want to become a successful leader, you should try to be yourself. You should not be afraid to be yourself and be proud of it. You should be interested in every issue that comes your way. As a woman, you will have to deal with more women problems than men problems. As a wo... man, you will have to deal with more women issues than men issues. If you are not interested in any of these things, then you will not be able to bring down the population growth rate and the growth rate of population should be a prime concern for any leader. This is the reason why women are supposed to be more efficient in their roles. This is not the only thing that you should bring as a woman to your leadership role. You should also be compassionate towards people. You should be the one who will be able to make people understand that you are not a man who is angry all the time. You should be able to listen to the grievances of others and make people understand that you are there to help them.
